Free RLSS UK Membership 

All employees will be enrolled automatically into RLSS UK Staff Membership; you’ll officially be a part of the member family.

Holiday

All employees will begin at RLSS UK on 23 days annual holiday entitlement, plus Bank Holidays, which increases to 25 days after 5-years’ service (pro-rated based on hours of work).

Enhanced Society Sick Pay

RLSS UK offers a Group Life Assurance Policy for all employees; should you die in service the person/s you nominate as beneficiaries will receive three times your salary as a tax-free lump sum.

Free Tea and Coffee

We know how important it is to stay caffeinated! All employees have access to free tea and coffee when working at our Worcester Head Office, including access to our wonderful ‘bean to cup’ coffee machine.
