We request information about your intent with the logo, so we can track its usage. We collect this information under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f), where we have legitimate interests in processing the information provided so we can arrange your use of the RLSS UK logo. We only collect the necessary information to carry out this processing and will not share your information with third parties. Once we have provided you access to the RLSS UK logo, information provided falls in line with our email retention of 5 years.
